Arshavin to Spurs is back on

http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/footbal ... 584737.stmSpurs are back in for Andrei Arshavin, 10 days after the deal looked dead. I think maybe Zenit signing Danny Alves for 30 million euros helped things along, and Spurs signing Roman Pavlyuchenko has to help too.

Arshavin and Roman would certainly be a great mix for Spurs. All they'd be missing is the unsung hero of the Russian attack, Zyrianov.

about time someone picked up on Andrei, hes at his peak at the moment and would be useful for anyone.....hell with this, if he wants too he can join Lyon any day

As much as I want this to happen, nahh... Besides our offense is getting congested hahaha. Bent, Pavlyuchenko, Giovani, Jenas, Modric, Bentley: That's six players who can beat any side at any time (and before someone makes a smart-ass comment about Spurs losing twice hahahaha, don't you know it's a known fact that Spurs can't win before round 3).
