There was a real uproar in the media about Vidić's comments, as if he's said something disgraceful. The guy only said that he doesn't like English weather and that it is hard for him to live in a country where people's mentality is a lot different than his own. He isn't the first nor the last Serbian (or any other South European) emmigrant that finds life in Anglosaxon societies difficult. Spain, Italy and even France would probably suite him better, and who can blame a man for thinking about his life in some other way than just football? That said, I doubt he'd leave Man Utd. No matter how weather-sensitive they are, footballers nowadays are professional enought to ignore their humane neccesities because of wealth, fame and career progress. If it wasn't so, I guess interesting Mediterranian locations such as Marseille, Nice, Mallorca, Rhodos and Crete would become homes of true Europan superpowers...
