Champions League draw

The Champions League group stage draw took place today. Chelsea, the top overall seed in this year's Champions League (saying that never gets old), has been drawn into Group A with AS Roma, France's Bordeaux and CL debutants CFR Cluj (Romania).

So, what do you guys think? Have to be pretty pleased if you ask me.

Well, they should advance out of the group no problem, but I could see them losing the first spot to Roma. Chelsea-Roma is probably the best first round game, although Juventus-Real Madrid should be good as well. Man U's group is a little tougher, whereas liverpool or arsenal probably got the hardest draws. The hardest group would have to be Lyon, Bayern Munich, Steaua Bucharest, and Fiorentina.

Thrilled with Chelsea's draw; should be no problem. Barcelona and Inter had pretty favorable draws as well. I'd love to see Liverpool miss out...

i would disagree i would rate the last group having Real, Juve & Zenit in the group as the toughest and then the group having Lyon, Munich & Fio!! As per Chelsea's draw not bad as top seeded teams we got a good team an attacking free flowing Roma who should give us some problems
